Description
Change, in the business world, can be viewed as the process of moving from one condition to a different, preferable, condition. Through this process, a business will adapt to a new set of demands, rules, or policies, in an attempt to improve upon previous conditions. This course will identify change and traits that demonstrate if an organization is ready for change. It will also describe various types of resistance to change and summarize the steps involved in implementing a planned change.
