Change in the workplace is inevitable and is most often implemented with the purpose of creating a positive outcome. But it’s difficult to improve the workplace when the very mention of changes creates anticipatory fear and resistance. For this reason, the way one promotes and manages change can be critical to gaining employee buy-in and to implementing changes successfully. Through this course learners gain the necessary steps to identify reactions to change so they may best implement and manage the change process.
