Electrical Safety Awareness

Categories: , ,

Deaths occur every year as the direct result of electrocutions at work. What is even more tragic is the fact that most of these fatalities could have been easily avoided. In this training course, we will discuss how to work safely with electricity. We will focus on specific electrical hazards in the workplace and how to minimize or eliminate those hazards. This training is specifically for employees who face a risk of electric shock that is not reduced to a safe level by the electrical installation requirements of 29 CFR1910.303 through 29 CFR1910.308. This is an awareness-level course designed for those who work regularly with electricity or who may be exposed to live electrical wiring or devices during the accomplishment of their job.
